At Clarse, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery service. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery process, costs, and important details regarding your order.

1. Delivery Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. It may take up to 48 hours after order confirmation for your tracking information to become active.

2. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary depending on order size, weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Rates

• Small Parcel Deliveries (Accessories, bidet attachments) – From £30
• Medium Pallet Deliveries (Smart toilets, bidet toilets) – From £50
• Large Pallet Deliveries (Luxury smart toilets, bulk orders) – From £100

International Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping, with costs depending on destination, product size, and courier rates. Contact us for a quote before ordering.

3. Delivery Timeframes

For orders containing items with longer lead times, additional delivery time may be required. For more accurate delivery updates, please contact us at support@bathroom.design.

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, the courier will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date.

4. Pallet Deliveries

We use professional pallet couriers for large deliveries. Please notify us of any delivery restrictions before placing your order.

• Pallet deliveries are kerbside only (couriers will not enter your property).
• Delivery will take 7-10 working days.
• Your property must allow access for 7.5 - 18 tonne vehicles.
• Couriers cannot move pallets up steep inclines or deliver beyond ground-floor locations.
• To ensure safety, couriers can only operate on solid, flat surfaces.
• Deliveries occur between 8 AM – 7 PM on the scheduled day.

🚨 Important: If you have restricted property access, please inform us in advance.

5. Small Parcel Deliveries

We use DPD and other courier services for smaller orders such as bidet attachments, accessories, and plumbing fittings.

• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days.
• You will receive a text notification from the courier with your delivery date.
• If unavailable, you must reschedule directly with the courier.

📞 Ensure your contact number is included in your order, so couriers can reach you if needed.

6. Important Delivery Information

• We strongly recommend you do not book fitters or installers until all your goods have arrived and been inspected.
• Although we thoroughly inspect all products before dispatch, we advise you to check your items for damage upon delivery.
• Once you sign for the delivery, you confirm that you are happy with the product(s).

🚨 If your items arrive damaged, email support@bathroom.design with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Missed & Failed Deliveries

If you are unavailable for a scheduled delivery:

• Small parcels: Couriers may attempt redelivery or leave your package at a designated collection point.
• Pallet deliveries: You will need to reschedule, and additional redelivery charges may apply.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim for prompt and timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to:

• Stock shortages
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Custom clearances (for international orders)

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
