Returns & Refund Policy

At Clarse, we are committed to providing high-quality smart toilets and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply if:

  • The item is returned outside the 14-day return period.
  • The product is not in its original condition or has been partially installed.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
